Instructions
  1. Preheat BBQ to 400°F (approx. 204°C)
  2. Leaving the skin on, place fillet on grill (use tin foil if you don't have a grill)
  3. Drizzle soy sauce over the fillet (rub in for bonus flavour)
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Place lemon slices on top of the fillet
  6. Cook for 7 minutes
