BBQ'd Rainbow Trout

Fresh rainbow trout drizzled with soya sauce, seasoned with salt & pepper, and topped with slices of lemon grilled over the BBQ until dee-licious.

Instructions
- Preheat BBQ to 400°F (approx. 204°C)
- Leaving the skin on, place fillet on grill (use tin foil if you don't have a grill)
- Drizzle soy sauce over the fillet (rub in for bonus flavour)
- Season with salt & pepper
- Place lemon slices on top of the fillet
- Cook for 7 minutes
